Hearts of Oak Res 2-5 Southwold Town Res .
A hard fought game between two good sides with the scoreline probably a bit hard on Hearts who didn`t give up right up until the final whistle, losing Neil Hollick to injury after about fifteen minutes didn`t help Hearts cause. Overall a great result for us but maybe a little harsh on Hearts.

Yes i know m8 Neil is a nice bloke but on the the field is a little bit intimidating, but to be fair he was the first person to congratulate us on our victory.I see u went the whole season unbeaten, thats a great achievement considering the competion in the 1st division.I will be coming to the cup final to see u boys in action.

yeah we're well pleased with that considering there are some very useful sides in this division now. We have rode our luck at times this season and won by the odd goal in several matches, even though the league table looks like it was easy, it hasn't been.We came back from behind twice to cds waveney and wrentham, oxford should have gone infront before conseeding two lateish goals,we were outplayed but not penertrated by town a (1-0 win),had two close games with norton and only just beat spexhall 2-1 and there could be others i cant quite remember. I hope we entertain you in the final and thanks for coming, and bring your dog incase no-one else turns up!!
