Personally I think Waveney Youth will claim the 2nd place as they have the points on the board however if anyone I would like to see the youngsters of Kirkley A claim it as they have played some good football this season.

i think spexhall will finish second IF they beat norton this week, they were a hard team to break down against us last week and if they continue like that will pick up the points but its a big game this week..... waveney would be my second choice because like you say they have the points........

I can only see kirkley a winning their last two games so i go for them to nick it from waveney on goal difference as they will slip up at spexhall. Wrentham to go close if they make the effort to get all players to final games but spexhall have to have too good a run to come second but i might be wrong.....

No is the answer to that. Us and Spexhall are very similar. We both got promoted together, have similar facilities and both had recent success and they are the only team that come to our pub after a game and we do likewise to them. Also we are both village sides.
We always have a very good and close game for Spexhall and I think they are a well run club and have great committment from their players off the pitch as I know they do lots of fundraising. They are in the process of new changing facilities and will we no doub be borrowing a few idea of them when our fundraising is a bit further down the road.
They wanted us to win the league last year and we exchanged wishes to them for the cup final.
Put it this way i think Kirkley deserve it however Spexhall would be preffered to the remaining teams.

Apologies for the poor grammer in the previous post.
Despite the above we will be trying to beat them tomorrow.

Have you ever played for them? as it surprises me how well you think of them although you do seem to have similar backgrounds.Or is it just that you respect them the way they do things? Pub thing dont often happen at this level so must be a nice change. One reason could be that because you haven't got shower facilities, its sometimes easier to just head off home to a nice bath rather than being uncomfortable and dirty(thats not hearts players excuse as im normally the only one who showers!).Good luck with fundraising and new facilites would be excellent news for you both.Bungay is now a good ground to go and play at after what they have done over there. Should be a cracking game if last week is anything to go by.

Hope they weren't too cheeky in the pub after game on sat! With all top sides chasing ru winning again,i now reckon it could be as close as being decided on goal difference. I still think kirk a to win this wed against corton res which would leave wrentham needing at least 2 more wins and a draw to catch them (with hearts to play). Could be Spexhalls but big ask to win all of their games.

To be honest I didnt think Spexhall were that great. They were holding on for the second half but we didnt take the couple of chances that came our way. A draw would have been a fair result i think in a game ruined by the wind. I still think Kirkley are the best side I have seen this year (Hearts excluded). Spexhall and Waveney are just a good battle and Wrentham can be very good or very poor (bit like us). I think the winner of the Spexhall V Waveney game will decide it with Kirkley's points deduction early in the season costing them dear.

Huge result 4 spexhall today beating waveney 4-2, with wrentham losing 4-0 to blundeston & just corton res left to play i can see spexhall taking runners up spot.

If corton res add some first teamers and beat spexhall this week,my reply(march 14th) to origin question, will be exactly right but i must say great finish to the season by spexhall if they do pull it off.

I dont know if anyone from spexhall comes on here but i would like to say congrats and well done to you lads on getting runners up position. You proved me wrong as i said (14th march) that i thought you had to have too good of a run in to finish second. Its not always easy to win whoever you are playing when you know you have to win and no less will do.Ive been there before with brooke yachts and we failed so hats off to you on job well done.
