captain: whatdo we no about this team then?glad we have home draw too..... lowestoft town a got thurston, is that the team we played the year we won it? where are oulton broads opponents from?

about five of the above teams play in division one of the ipswich league (metalec/sil) and mendlesham are about 3rd or 4th from top,they only lost 3-2 against league leaders framlingham town! so i expect they are a very useful outfit. their topscorer is g.newland who i think may have played for walsham le willows(ridgeons league). we will need to be at our best again to progress but im sure its a challenge we will relish.
thurston also play in this league and are doing ok,i think oxford have got a good draw as their team are bottom,bushel:dont know about them apart from ian mckmeaken thinks they are a district league side so they(o.broad) should be ok!!!!
it should be a very tough last 16 if all the fancied teams get through so i dont think there will be any easy games from here on in.
